Tornado Ball
The 6-lb Tornado Ball, perfect for clients with smaller body types. Like its big brother, the Twister Ball is constructed of top quality sailing rope molded directly into the medicine ball, to withstand dynamic high-speed training. Any of the high-performance exercises demonstrated by Paul in the “Tornado Ball Exercises” workout video can be adapted to the lighter-weight Twister Ball.
The Tornado Ball or Twister Ball is a great tool for:
- Developing rotational strength and power – the high-speed rotational movements allowed by these Balls is very difficult to imitate using traditional gym equipment.
- E-concentric strength – a powerful and adaptive torso is key for maximum force production of the outer limbs.
- Rhythmic stabilization – joint stability is developed through exercises that allow timely, repetitive movement of the muscles surrounding any joint, such as the forceful, controlled repetition of Tornado Ball exercises!
